OK..so maybe it doesn't say it all.
My point is that saying "TESS can't come to the phone right now, please try again later" (preferably early in the morning or late at night) is a joke.
UPGRADE. MORE BANDWIDTH. Whatever it takes to make this error message NEVER happen again...do it.

A reader sent me an email noting:
"The issue is not bandwidth, per se. The problem is that the USPTO has a SQL engine that is too small. "
